Ferncliff Hall is a co-ed residence hall housing approximately 150 students on four floors. Floors one and three are female, and two and four are male. Ferncliff offers a computer lounge, a formal lounge, an informal lounge with TV, vending machines, microwave oven, a ping- pong table, multiple floor lounges and laundry facilities. The residence was renovated in 2000 and features cable television and Internet access in every room.
