Faber Presents Organ And Harpsichord Recital

Springfield, Ohio - Professor of Music Trudy Faber will present an organ and harpsichord recital at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 7 in Weaver Chapel on the Wittenberg University campus.

The recital marks the 35th consecutive year Faber has presented an organ and/or harpsichord recital of new repertoire at Wittenberg.

The program will include "Double Fugue on God Save Our Gracious Queen" and two preludes and fuges from "The Well-Tempered Clavier" of J.S. Bach. The latter will be performed on the harpsichord. Other selections will include "The Hildegard Organ Cycle" by Frank Ferko and "Suite for Organ" by Maurice Durufle.
