Political Strategist James Carville Coming To Wittenberg

Springfield, Ohio - James Carville, nationally known Democratic strategist, author, talk show personality and sought after public speaker will be sharing his views Sunday, April 21, with the Wittenberg University community. The event, which is free and open to the general public, will be held from 7- 8:30 p.m. in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Center located on campus.

Carville, also known as the "Ragin' Cajun" is America's best known Democratic Political consultant and is believed to have managed more political campaigns than anyone in history. His book on Democratic views entitled "We're Right, They're Wrong" spent six months at number one on the New York Times bestseller list.

Carville has lectured on the subject of politics and political consulting at events throughout the world. With his wife, Mary Matalin, who was the deputy campaign manager of George Bush's 1992 campaign, Carville co-wrote "All's Fair: Love, War, and Running for President" which became the best-selling political memoir in American history.
