SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – Wittenberg University’s annual Fall Dance Concert, featuring 50 performers, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 3-6, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, in Chakeres Memorial Theatre, 905 Woodlawn Ave.

This Wittenberg tradition brings together a unique selection of innovative, energized and dynamic performances, created in a variety of styles, including contemporary, hip hop, modern and tap. This year’s program includes works by 12 student choreographers, as well as a modern tai-chi piece by Associate Professor and Artistic Director Shih-Ming Li Chang and a ballet en pointe by Associate Professor Ligia R. Pinheiro. A contemporary piece titled “Cloudless” from the Susan Marshall Company, an acclaimed modern dance company that was artist-in-residence this fall as part of the Wittenberg Series, will also be featured.

Admission is $4 and tickets are available at the Benham-Pence Student Center Service Desk. Call (937) 327-7443 for more information.
