Wittenberg University Students Involved
in Events to Help Victims of Hurricane Katrina

Delta Sigma Phi fraternity held a "meal-swap" that raised nearly $2,000 during the Student Activities Fair on Sept. 2.

Sigma Kappa sorority will be collecting money for the Red Cross at every home football game. They raised $171 on Saturday, Sept. 3.

A pancake breakfast, sponsored by Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, will be held on Sunday,
Sept. 11.

Twenty-five student organizations will collect donations throughout the day on Wednesday, Sept. 14, and Thursday, Sept. 15 in several buildings on campus.

On Thursday, Sept. 15, Greek organizations will hold a blood drive in the Health, Physical, Education and Recreation Center.

Beta Theta Pi fraternity will hold a "meal-swap" dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The Student Education Association will hold a "Cookies for Katrina" sale on Wednesday,
Sept 14, in several buildings on campus.

Students will also collect donations during intermission at the Wittenberg Series-sponsored Susan Marshall & Company dance concert on Saturday, Sept. 17, in Kuss Auditorium, Clark State Performing Arts Center.
