This list will be updated weekly as athletes are recognized by the NCAC or another official media outlet or governing body.

Rachael Hatcher
Softball (4/27/09 - NCAC): Wittenberg senior Rachael Hatcher (West Carrollton, OH/West Carrollton) threw a no-hitter, 8-0, over Wooster last week. Darcy Dubuc
Women's Outdoor Track and Field (4/20/09 - NCAC): Tiger freshman Darcy Dubuc (Grand Haven, Mich./Grand Haven) ran a time of 2:20.97 in the 800 meters to win the event at the Wilmington Invitational. Click here to see complete list of 2009 NCAC Women's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week.
Jordan Beauchamp
Women's Lacrosse (4/20/09 - NCAC):Wittenberg sophomore attacker Jordan Beauchamp (Noblesville, IN/Hamilton Southeastern) scored seven goals and added four ground balls as Wittenberg defeated Oberlin, 20-8, and Denison, 9-6, in NCAC play last week. Manny Lamarre
Men's Outdoor Track and Field (4/20/09 - NCAC Sprints/Hurdles): Wittenberg senior Manny Lamarre (Miami, FL/Bellen Jesuit) won the 400 meters, was part of the first-place 4x400-meter relay and placed fifth in the 200 meters at the Wilmington Invitational. His time was 50.46 seconds in the 400, the relay crossed in 3:22.84 and he clocked 22.83 seconds in the 200. Jeff Capella
Men's Lacrosse (4/13/09 - NCAC): Junior captain Jeff Capella (Columbus, Ohio/Worthington Kilbourne) led Wittenberg in its 13-4 defeat of Oberlin. Gabe Savage
Men's Track and Field (3/30/09 - NCAC): Middle-distance standout Gabe Savage (Lewisburg, Ohio/Tri-County North) took home a pair of strong performances in the Cedarville Invitational, winning the 1500 meters in a time of 4:01.83 while also coming in second in the 800 at 1:57.48. Rachael Hatcher
Softball (3/30/09 - NCAC): Tiger senior pitcher Rachael Hatcher (West Carrollton, Ohio/West Carrollton) continued a spectacular run in the circle with 23 consecutive scoreless innings pitched. Her most recent exploits included wins over Mount St. Joseph and Case Western Reserve, in which Hatcher game up 10 hits and three walks while striking out 14 in two complete game shutouts. Kevin Murray
Men's Basketball (2/8/09 - NCAC): Wittenberg senior Kevin Murray (Carmel, IN/Carmel), a 6-3 wing, totaled 41 points on 14-of-24 (58.3) shooting, and added 14 rebounds as his team went 2-0. The Tigers defeated Earlham, 84-70, and Allegheny, 68-48, and enter the week tied for fourth in the standings with Kenyon. Murray shared the team lead with 26 points against Earlham, on 9-of-15 (.600) shooting from the field, including 4-of-9 (.444) from three-point range. Mary Pfeifer
Women's Track and Field (2/1/09 - NCAC): Wittenberg freshman Mary Pfeifer (Dublin, Ohio/Coffman) and freshman Anna Henry (Chagrin Falls, Ohio/Kenston) won the 5,000 meter relay at the NCAC relays. Anna Henry
Women's Track and Field (2/1/09 - NCAC): Wittenberg freshman Mary Pfeifer (Dublin, Ohio/Coffman) and freshman Anna Henry (Chagrin Falls, Ohio/Kenston) won the 5,000 meter relay at the NCAC relays. Stephanie Boardman
Women's Basketball (11/24/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg's Stephanie Boardman (Cincinnati, Ohio/McAuley), a 5-11, junior post, was named the Jackie Ammons Memorial Tournament MVP after she scored 52 points in the two Tiger victories. Boardman posted a career-high 29 points in the semifinals, and added 23 in the championship game. In addition, she finished with six steals, four assists and 14 rebounds while playing more than 30 minutes in each game as Wittenberg topped Salem, 95-66, then host Peace, 69-54, in the final. Jordan Bamberger
Women's Soccer (11/9/08 - NCAC): Senior goalkeeper Jordan Bamberger (Solon, Ohio/Solon) saw a lot of minutes in net over Wittenberg's winning NCAC women's soccer tournament run. The Tiger netminder played 218:47 minutes without allowing a goal. She helped Wittenberg to a 0-0 double overtime tie with Allegheny, which was decided by penalty kicks (Wittenberg advanced, 4-2). She helped the Tigers to a 1-0 double overtime win over Wooster in the championship game, giving Wittenberg its third straight North Coast tournament crown. Erin Slattery
Volleyball (11/9/08 - NCAC): Junior setter Erin Slattery (Chagrin Falls, Ohio/Kenston) was named NCAC Tournament Most Valuable Player after her nearly flawless play in wins over Allegheny and Hiram, Nov. 7-8. Slattery finished with 38 assists and 12 digs in the two matches as she was joined on the NCAC All-Tournament team by senior right-side hitter Jackie Williams (Rocky River, Ohio/Magnificat) and freshman right-side hitter Christine Simpson (Dublin, Ohio/Scioto). Brad McKinley
Football (11/2/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg linebacker Brad McKinley (Hilliard, Ohio/Davidson) paced the Tiger defense with 11 tackles, three of them solo. Boo Vernon
Field Hockey (10/19/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg sophomore forward Boo Vernon (Lake Bluff, Ill./Cushing Academy) scored a hat trick in a 4-2 victory over Wooster. Josh McKee
Football (10/7/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg freshman Josh McKee (New Carlisle, Ohio/Tecumseh) caught eight passes for 177 yards and a touchdown, and rushed three times for another 18 as the Tigers defeated Hiram, 44-7. Tori Casanta
Field Hockey (10/7/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg sophomore Tori Casanta (Mason, Ohio/Cor Jesu Academy) scored five goals in her team's 1-1 week. She scored four in a 5-1 defeat of Earlham, and accounted for her team's only score in a 2-1 loss to Ohioio Wesleyan. The Tigers are 4-5 overall and 2-4 in the North Coast. Zach Hurtt
Football (9/28/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg freshman Zach Hurtt (Fort Thomas, Ky./Highlands) forced a fumble, picked off one interception and was in on 12 tackles, leading the Tigers to a conference-opening, 32-0 defeat of Ohioio Wesleyan. Matt Borland
Men's Soccer (9/7/08 - NCAC): Wittenberg senior forward Matt Borland (Kettering, Ohio/Alter) recorded his first career hat trick in a 4-1 win over Hanover.
