DELAWARE, Ohio - The Wittenberg Tigers turned in another solid showing, this time against the top competition in the state of Ohio.

The Tiger men placed 28th of 39 teams overall and 13th of 22 NCAA Division III teams at the All-Ohio Invitational, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan. The Tiger women placed 34th of 44 overall and 16th of 22 NCAA Division III teams.

The men were paced by juniors Gabe Savage (Lewisburg, Ohio/Tri-County North) and Ben McCombs (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) in 112th and 137th places respectively. Senior Shawn Hils (Hiram, Ohio/Crestwood) was next for the Tigers in 158th place.

The women were led by senior Megan Poling (Medina, Ohio/Highland) in 166th place, followed closely by senior Alissa Goble (Sunfield, Mich./Lakewood) in 169th. Freshman Margaret Nevin (Darien, Conn./Darien) was next in 184th.
