Wittenberg vs. Ohio Wesleyan

The Tigers traveled to Ohio Wesleyan to play their last conference game of the season. The Tigers played well in the beginning of the game, but Ohio Wesleyan broke open the game scoring eight unanswered goals by the end of the first quarter, taking a 8 ­ 0 lead.

Wittenberg couldnąt get on track in the second quarter. Ohio Wesleyan scored another eight goals. Ohio Wesleyan led 16 ­ 0 at the half.

Wittenberg's offense scored in the third quarter. Alex Nichols scored a goal assisted by Mario Cassani. Ohio Wesleyan built up their lead to 22 ­ 1 at the end of the third quarter.

The Tiger offense scored twice in the fourth quarter. Chris Gruber scored a goal unassisted. Mario Cassani scored a goal with an assist by Billy Habermeyer. Ohio Wesleyan won the game 29 ­ 3.
