| Wittenberg Women's Basketball to appear on Dayton-Area Time Warner Cable | ||

Posted January 28, 2002 Posted by: Ryan Maurer SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - The Wittenberg University women's basketball team will make an appearance on Time Warner Cable in the Dayton area this week when its game against Kenyon College is taped for re-broadcast. The game is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the HPER Center in Springfield. The Wittenberg-Kenyon women’s basketball game will be cablecast at 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, at 10 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 5 and at 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7. The game can be found on Time Warner Cable systems on channel 25 or 69 in Dayton, channel 30 in the Dayton suburbs and in Springfield, and channel 59 in communities further north. Subscribers are encouraged to check their local listings. The winner of this year’s game between the Ladies of Kenyon and the Tigers of Wittenberg will go a long way toward determining the 2001 North Coast Athletic Conference champion. Wittenberg, which is currently alone in first place, is 13-4 overall and 8-1 in the NCAC. Kenyon is 10-7 overall and 6-4 in the conference. Wittenberg won a meeting between the two teams earlier this season on Kenyon’s campus by a score of 66-58.
