Becky Hall took over the Wittenberg softball program in 1999 and produced immediate results.
In 2000, Hall steered the Tigers to their first-ever NCAC Championship, as well as their first NCAA Division III Championship Appearance, winning the first Division III NCAA game in school history, by finishing the season at 31-14. Hall's teams have won one NCAC regular season title, one NCAC Tournament championship and made two NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, winning an opening round game each time. She has earned NCAC Coach of the Year honors twice in her career, and in 2008 she became the first Tiger softball coach to surpass 200 career victories.
Hall graduated from nearby Urbana University in 1997 after playing four seasons of softball as a second baseman. She was named All-Mid-Ohio Conference in both 1996 and 1997. Hall also served as a team captain in those years. A native of Springfield, Hall began her coaching career at Wittenberg in 1998 as an assistant.
In addition to her duties as head softball coach, Hall served as assistant coach for the Tiger field hockey team from 2000-02, working primarily with the goalkeepers. Hall has given private hitting and defensive lessons, is a coach for the Miami Valley Xpress summer softball team and has conducted various camps and clinics to help enhance and encourage girls in the Greater Miami Valley to play softball and improve their skills. She has also given back to the community through her involvement in the National Youth Sports Program (NYSP) at Wittenberg in 2001 and 2002 for Springfield area children. Then in 2006, Hall earned Four-Star Master Coach honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Hall, who also serves as Wittenberg's assistant director of athletics and senior woman administrator, resides in Dayton.

Sadler received a master’s degree in leadership from Antioch University McGregor in 2007, while heading up the softball program at Springfield North High School for six years. As head coach at North, Sadler received numerous awards for the success he brought to the team. Those awards include coach of the year from the Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC) in 2004 and the Springfield News-Sun in 2004 and 2005. He has also been named a One Star Master Coach by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
At North, Sadler inherited a struggling program in 2000, but turned it into a top performer in the GWOC. Under his direction the team set a school record for wins in a season. Sadler’s own experience extends back to high school, where he played baseball, and also to his time on a traveling United States Coast Guard softball team from 1993-1995.
Sadler earned his undergraduate degree in education from Wright State University in 1999. He is currently an eighth grade language arts at Roosevelt Middle School in Springfield, Ohio.

Hatcher has a wealth of softball experience as he and Wittenberg Head Coach Becky Hall have coached together for four years for the Miami Valley XPRESS summer softball team. He also has been the head softball coach at West Carrollton High School for five years.
Aside from his work in softball, Hatcher is a junior high school football coach at West Carrollton and a firefighter with the Moraine Fire Department. He and his wife Karen reside in West Carrollton with their daughter Stacy, who attends West Carrollton High School and is a member of the softball team. Their oldest daughter, Rachael, attends Wittenberg and is a member of the Tiger softball team.

Tori Vogelgesang joined the Tigers as a student manager in 2008. Her responsibilities span from record-keeping to equipment management.
Vogelgesang graduated from St. Ursula High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2006. She is scheduled to graduate from Wittenberg in the spring of 2010.
Vogelgesang is a member of the field hockey team, and played a key role as a starter on defense in the team's semifinal appearances in the North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament in 2006 and 2007.
