In 1998, the Wittenberg University Tiger Club was established as the official fundraising program for the Wittenberg University Department of Athletics and Recreation. More than 40 percent of Wittenberg students participate in intercollegiate athletics as members of one of the university's 23 varsity and junior varsity teams.
Donations to the Wittenberg University Tiger Club support these athletic opportunities available to Wittenberg students and ensure they have the finest equipment, professional development, travel budgets, varsity awards and training from the university's top-level coaching staffs.
