No active coach in all of NCAA Volleyball (Division I, II or III) has won with more regularity than Wittenberg coach Paco Labrador, who has amassed a record of 170-24 and a winning percentage of .876 in five seasons at the helm of the Tigers. Coach Paco Labrador has led the Red and White to three consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament Final Four appearances. The Tigers have ended each of the last four seasons ranked in the top four nationally.
Labrador’s training has produced seven All-Americans.

- Right side hitters Lindsay Nelson and Jackie Williams
- Libero Emilie Schmid
In 2004 and most recently in 2007, Coach Labrador was selected as the Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year. In 2007 Coach Labrador was also voted Coach of the Year in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Before coming to Wittenberg, Coach Labrador spent four years as an assistant coach at Miami University (OH).
