WOOSTER, Ohio - The Wittenberg Tigers made it a clean sweep of North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) rival Wooster in their regular season finale.

The 9-0 win moved the Tigers to a season-best four matches over .500 at 9-5 and evened their NCAC mark at 4-4. Wooster remained winless at 0-12 and 0-5 in the conference.

Freshman Jayne Miely (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) was a double-winner at the No. 1 singles and doubles positions. All six Tiger players in the lineup won comfortably in both singles and doubles.

The win was Wittenberg's fourth straight, providing valuable momentum heading into the 2008 NCAC Tournament at Oberlin next weekend.
