What is RSS?
RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) feeds are free content feeds from Web sites that contain article headlines, summaries and links back to full-text articles on the web. They are a way to get news delivered straight to you from Web sites you choose.

Sometimes RSS feeds are referred to as news feeds, or as XML feeds.

How do I view an RSS feed?
To view RSS feeds you must download a piece of software called a news reader or news aggregator.

Some commonly used news readers are Sharp Reader, Feed Demon, and NewsGator (an Outlook plugin) for Windows, NetNewsWire and Shrook for Macs, and Bloglines.com for those who like web-based readers.

Do I really want to start using RSS?
RSS is becoming very popular. Every major news outlet is using RSS feeds on their Web sites. See the New York Times, CNN, and ESPN. Any time you are on a Web site that has the XML orange icon you know they offer a RSS feed.

Are these the only feeds Wittenebrg offers?
Currently we are only offering these two feeds for testing purposes. We plan to offer more feeds as they become popular.
