On September 27, 2006, Gamma Rho held Dinner with the Dogs, or more commonly known as Dinner in the Dark.  This year, however, there was a twist. Two trainers from Pilot Dogs Inc. in Columbus attended to show their seeing-eye dogs. Wittenberg students, both Greek and non Greek, and professors attended the event.

The event had a great turn out, raising more money than ever before.  Gamma Rho was able to donate to both Delta Gamma, Service for Sight, and one other organization.  We donated 400.00 to Pilot Dogs Inc. in Columbus and the rest of the money, 1, 269.75, was donated to Service for Sight.  $500.00 of the $1, 269.75 was donated to us by the VFW organization in Springfield.
