Awakenings

Type: Mythic Fantasy

System: Exalted (2nd Ed)

Gamemaster: Ebbs

Campaign Description: The group awakens in a small sleepy town of Troubadour with no memories of their past. You have strange powers that set yourself apart from the 'normal' villagers which make them uneasy. Where did you come from and what are you going to do with your power?

Exalted is a game of epic fantasy set during the Second Age of Man, a time before our own. It is an age of magic and adventure, when heroes of legend are reborn into a time of woe. Thursday Evenings.

Special Requirements: This is a story driven campaign and players will be required to help create parts of the world and their backgrounds. Players will be encouraged to communicate outside of the game to help build parts of their background and world. The system uses D10 only and players may bring their own dice, though dice will be provided.

Azuremyth

Type: Fantasy

System: Dungeons & Dragons 4e

Campaign Description: The world began to flourish when the cobalt dragon demi-goddess, Azuremyth, was slain by the great Bahamat, but for the last couple of decades the winters have become increasingly harsh--a sign that her influence reaches beyond the grave. Now there are rumors that the Frozen Claw--a cult of Azuremyth's followers--are closing in on their goal of resurrecting the mad dragon deity from her slumber in the Western Sea. To make things worse, the cosmic curtain that separates the land from outside influences is breaking down and a new evil deity is trying to force his way in. It is up to the Heroes of Swellhaven to find some way to prevent the Frozen Claw from getting their hands on the artifact stored in the Temple of the Covenant AND stop Vecna from assaulting the world they know and love.

Dark Souls

Type: Dark, Epic Fantasy

System: Burning Wheel

Campaign Description: By fate or by choice, you have sold your soul to Sartoris, who has gifted you with vengeance in return. Now the Elves and Men of the Shining Ones are mounting a final offensive against your Dark Lord, and while he bides his strength for the last battle he needs you to do his bidding. But must you be doomed with him, or will you try and resist damnation and recover your soul? And at what cost, now?

The Burning Wheel is a fantasy roleplaying game in the tradition of Dungeons and Dragons. You gather together with your friends, sit around the kitchen table with dice, pencils, paper and books and play out fantastic stories. Thursday Evenings.

Special Requirements: This is a story driven campaign and players will craft a detailed character backstory at the first session and delve deeply into the convictions and instincts that define your character. Players will be encouraged to communicate outside of the game to help build parts of their background and world. The system uses D6's only and players can bring their own dice, though dice will be provided.

Serravolli Island

Type:

System: Dungeons & Dragons 3.5

Campaign Description: The heroes will be tasked to assist the Prechellan Empire in traveling to one of the Winding Islands that ceased contact with them for about 2 months. Those who accept will be tasked with traveling to the island, finding what is causing messages and boats to never return and eliminate it if possible. Their boat will be sent to one of the larger cities on the island: Spearpoint.

D&D 3.5 is perhaps still today the most played iteration of Dungeons & Dragons out there. It transitioned from AD&D's Thac0 to Base Attack Bonus but kept staples like Spells per Day, which are absent from 4th edition. Much of the rules were released under the Open Gaming License and have formed the basis of the d20 system and such games as Pathfinder. Tuesday Evenings.

Shining Force

Type: Medieval Fantasy

Campaign Description: You are all youths who have lived in the Castle town of Guardiana for your whole lives, and trained by various people in the ways of fighting, for general purposes. You live pleasant, uneventful lives, until one day, when Runefaust is found tinkering with the nearby Gate of the Ancients...

"So You Think you Can Dodge Traffic?"

Type: Cyberpunk, Deus Ex

System: Savage Worlds

Gamemaster: Jesse M.

Campaign Description: It has been 8 years since the terrorist organization Humanity Front caused the Panchaea incident. With America in turmoil from both civil war and foreign invasion and many developing nations hit hard by drug resistant strains of the Spanish flu and tuberculosis, many now see Europe as a key region for growth, in dire need for new industry after the financial crisis and dissolving of the European Union barely set to memory.

The players will begin in Innsbruck Austria, a city which has recently become a major hub for augmentation and medical research and is having a difficult time adjusting to its rapid growth, and growing tensions with its anti-aug neighbors to the south.

"So You Want to Be a Rogue Trader?"

Type: GrimDark Sci-fi

System: Rogue Trader

Campaign Description:

In Rogue Trader, your mandate is to go beyond the borders of the Imperium, to explore the unknown reaches of space, to seek out riches beyond measure, and to risk all to gain everlasting glory or eternal damnation. You stand at the threshold of unlimited opportunity. Stake your claim. Wednesday 7pm-11pm, or Thursdays 7pm-11pm.

The Terrors that Yet Slumber

Type: GrimDark Fantasy

System: Warhammer Fantasy RP 3rd Edition

Campaign Description: With the coronation of a new king, an orc war recently quelled, and contact recently established with the long lost Dwarf King, everything in the Empire is starting to calm. An envoy of the mystical elven lands is expected to visit the capitol and the new king is hoping to maintain the peace. Unfortunately rumors are spreading that a war party from the north is gathering. Can the group get the elven envoy to the capitol and can they help prevent the troubles threatening the peace of the realm?

WFRP 3e is a grim world, constantly at war. As a hero, you will take up weapon, spell, or prayer and do your best to combat the might of enemies terrifying to behold. As the game master, you will make the lands of the Old World real as you craft the story, the people, creatures, and the mysteries the other players will encounter during their adventures. Special Requirements: This will be a story driven campaign and players will be required to create backgrounds and become a part of the playing world. This session is open to veteran and new players alike and rules will be taught. Players do not need to bring dice, as the system requires special, story driven dice to play and will be provided.
