Exec Meeting Minutes for 11/03/2010
Katrina demanded a game in every slot for her to run at Wittcon VIII, but she would be willing to take a game away to allow other gamers to get a spot.
WittCon VIII
We discussed and finalized the times for Wittcon VIII and they are as follows:
- Setup Friday Night after One-Shot and Saturday Set up Start time 10-10:30am.
- REGISTRATION for first session 10:50-11:30am. (Registration would be open until 4?)
- First Session 11:30-3:15pm.
- Second Session 3:30-7:15pm.
- Dinner Session 7:15-8:15pm.
- Third and Final Session 8:15-12:00am.
- Clean Up 12:00-1am
- Generated a list of contacts to make for WittCon VIII
- Fellowship of the White Star
- Sparks Force
- Fox Miniatures
- We decided that January 7th is the deadline to submit as A GM for your game. However the Schedule won't be finalized until February 1st.
We decided that instead of a LARP or anything else like the night at December 11, we would have a Doctor Who episode Marathon. Kat wants Food at the Doctor Who Marathon.
We decided we would go to BOOKERY FANTASY on 11/20/2010, the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
