Hey Everyone! Thanks to all those that came to the meeting tonight, it went really well. Below are all the notes from the meeting for those that couldn't attend, or in case you want to remind yourself of something.
New Officers- The RP Guild would like to welcome it's new officers:
Ohio Ren Faire- The date for our trip to the Ren Faire is set on Oct. 4th, on the Highlands Game Weekend. More news on times, ticket prices, and the rest will be sent out as soon as we get it.
Board Game Weekends- Each weekend, we will be holding board game events inside the Shouvlin Center, starting this weekend. These will be opportunities to come over, relax, and play some board games. Certain weekends will be designated as theme weekends, but all of them will be really fun! Games start at 6 on the second floor of the Shouvlin Center.
Bookery Trip- This year we're going to try to start weekend trips to The Bookery, a book/gaming/comic book store. As of right now, the trips will be on a semi-sporadic calendar, but we will send out notice for them a few weeks in advance. They have nice discounts and shopping is always a good idea!!!
Witt Con- This year, our annual gaming convention, Witt Con, is scheduled for March 21st. Each year we try to have a theme for the convention, so if anyone has any ideas for themes, please reply with your ideas!!!
Campaigns- Thanks to the large influx of gamers this year, most of the campaigns have already filled up. Below are a list of campaigns that still have open slots:
