Call To Order:       Meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m.

•  Officer Reports-

A. Elise: Kings Island trip cancelled on October 29; possibly will replace with a Haunted Hayride

B. Ann: Encourage senior friends to go to wine and cheese

C. Karen: Did senate board

D. Mark: Class t-shirt creation contest- will give $20 gift certificate to winner; will invite class officers to senate meeting; forming a cabinet

E. Carolyn: will pay for any meat that Ben gets for next week

F.Jared: Organizations should talk to Jared about transferring their funds for campus cleanup; Finance Meeting is this Thursday at 8:15 in Senate Office; talked to Darrel Kitchen and Sue Apple- will be getting $10,000 back from WUSO

G. Ben B: Website is up!

H. Kristyn: Asked about how athlete newsletter should be posted/placed around campus

I. Alyssa: Hold class meeting tonight in the 2 nd floor of Myers Hall

B. Carolyn has been talking to Dixie of food service; Ben is working on meeting with them

C. Elise said the library lady said they might start to charge for printing materials off of network computers
