Welcome to the home page of Wittenberg's Ultimate Frisbee
Club. We play in the East Plains Section (OH, KY, WV), which is a part
of the Great Lakes Region. For years our team has been in and out of intercollegiate
play. In the Spring of 1998 we reestablished ourselves and took the name
Shibumi,
a Japanese word meaning effortless perfection, or something like that. As
time went on, it was clear that we had the effortless part down, but perfection
would prove to be more elusive, so we dropped
Shibumi in favor of the more traditional Wittenberg Ultimate.
This year we are planning to play lots of Ultimate Frisbee, both on campus
and off. Enjoy our site!
