Student Life at Wittenberg

Student Life

Student LifeAt Wittenberg, the university serves as a mere backdrop for the aspirations, energy, activities and conversations that define our students' daily lives. From every corner of campus, students can be seen engaging in life beyond traditional classroom confines. Whether it be hanging out with friends in Founders, our new entertainment venue, discussing current events in our historic residence halls, or copping a spot on our campus, which the Princeton Review ranks among the top 20 nationally for its beauty, students here understand that life has more meaning when it's lived in a meaningful way.

That's the reason so many students jump right into our numerous campus organizations, including crew, a cappella groups, our caving club and even our sustainability movement known as Green Wittenberg. It's also why students here celebrate diversity, not only within the student population, but also in the never-ending options available for them to turn personal interests into passionate pursuits. Add to that rich recreational resources and unique off-campus housing opportunities in the coveted university district, and the meaning of "college" quickly translates into meaningful experience.
